Gentle Flow - A great class for beginners—and everyone interested in exploring a gentle practice. This class includes basic breathing exercises, as well as a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor).
Level 1 - This practice covers the basics of yoga with a flow to keep your body in motion linking the breath with the movement.
Level 2 - This class is designed for those who have a good understanding of the basic yoga postures, and have begun to explore a wider variety of poses and styles. The Level 2 student understands the relationship between breath and movement. MH yoga Level 2 is fluid, adventurous, and totally transformative.
Spicy Vinyasa - This class is the Vinyasa flow but kicked up a notch! You will find this class is a challenging, dynamic Vinyasa class for the intermediate student or athletic beginner. Class is intended to build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Sequencing is often built around Sun Salutations and postures are linked together to create a moderate to challenging (always creative) fun flow.
Spinning® - This class is a group exercise that makes riding a stationary bike more fun by adding variety and visualization into your workout. Energizing music and inspiring instructors make Spinning class an incredible experience.
Yin Yoga - This practice is quiet, meditative, and suitable for all fitness levels. Afterwards you feel taller, calmer, and you might possibly get the best night of sleep ever.
Vinyasa Flow - This class will fire up your strength and core as you practice proper posture alignments, mindfully flow through sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath with movement.
