Mary Helen Richards

Mary Helen believes in balancing flexibilIty with strength and teaches an athletic vinyasa flow class.  She focuses on streamlining the body by integrating complimentary postures while instructing all to stay mindful and present in the moment. Expect to move and sweat with focus on alignment and the breath.  

Mary Helen is certified with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®

Her goal is that her students leave feeling energized and relaxed from an awesome yoga experience.

Danny Richards

Danny is our lead spin instructor  with Spin® and Spin® Power certifications. Danny's classes are the perfect fusion of energy and motivation. He will challenge you beyond your personal limits. Whether you are a first time rider or an experienced cyclist, Danny will make you feel right at home. Don't be fooled by his fun nature and huge smile,  Danny WILL make you work! His classes have the unique ability to leave you both centered and re-energized, already looking forward to the next ride. Danny is also 200 and 500RYT with Yoga Alliance and the General Manager of our studio.

Pam Leverette

Pam completed her 200-hour certification and 500-hour yoga teacher certification. Pam teaches a mixed level Vinyasa flow class. Her love of the yoga practice is evident in her authentic way of allowing students space to connect to their true self while having fun! 

Chris Drake

Chris is 200RYT with Yoga Alliance as a vinyasa yoga instructor.  She is also a certified Yin Yoga instructor. Chris teaches with precise attention to form and a great depth of knowledge. 

Valerie Thompson

Valerie completed her 200-hour certification with Yoga Alliance in 2016. Valerie teaches a great class for beginners. Her teaching style and playlist is a unique experience as she loves to share her teaching talents. She love working in the garden and she is a runner.

Cheri Knowles

Cheri is a 200hr Yoga Alliance instructor. She teaches a morning flow yoga class appropriate for all levels. Cheri is also a certified Spin® instructor. Her spin class incorporates a motivating playlist and is lots of fun.

She loves her community and always brings great energy to her class.

Angie McCord

Angie has been a fitness instructor for over 20 years.  She is a certified Spinning® instructor and 200RYT and 500RYT with Yoga Alliance yoga teacher certification. 

Leanne Todd

Leanne is a 200RYT with Yoga Alliance. She teaches vinyasa flow. Leanne enjoys gardening and travel. She is very active in her church and several community organizations.

Valerie Vinson

Valerie is 200RYT with Yoga Alliance. She teaches vinyasa flow and specializes in alignment and breath work with focus on calming the mind. Valerie also enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Jacy Tucker

Jacy integrates her training as a gymnast into her style of teaching vinyasa flow yoga.  She is certified with Yoga Alliance as 200RYT & 500RYT. Jacy also holds a certification RCYT, certified children's yoga training.
